Who Can Describe the Love of God? by Annette White

Just Simple Meditations on the Love of God

Who can describe the love of God?… a love that has no boundaries, no exemptions, and no regard to race or status.

Who can explain the love of God?… a living love that brings life to our dead hearts, who is continually pursuing us for a deeper relationship.

Who can boast above the love of God?… a love so humble and so merciful.  He yearns for communion with us day and night.

Who can understand the love of God?… a love that seeks us first, wooing us, drawing us, ever making His presence known to us.

Who can deny the love of God?… a love that gave the greatest sacrifice with His very own life to save us.

And… whose love is more misunderstood?… a love that constantly receives the rejection of  His very own creation.

There is nothing I can say, nothing I can do, nothing I can give to earn this love.

No man, no being, nothing under the sun or in the heavens can begin to the fathom the depth of God’s love.

Beyond comprehension, too vast, too great, too immeasurable is the love of God!
