Are you looking for something unique to offer your organization? Would you like for your people to have a chance to not only enjoy beautiful artistry, but be impacted with a message of hope and healing that transcends boundaries? Then read on!
Christ in the Arts (CITA) is a Lubbock based school of “dramatic dance” (which is our way of saying we have a unique, eclectic kind of choreography that includes, but extends beyond standard categories of dance). Each year CITA creates two major original stage productions with themes and stories that connect to the deep things of the heart.
The Production: This year’s production, UNSEEN-the story behind the story, is a powerful, yet tender reminder that appearances are not the final word. There is always more to the story and the unseen realm holds the key to the deep peace and comfort we all long for and need. Using real-life, current-day scenarios that represent the challenges everyone of us face in our own unique experiences, UNSEEN offers a glimpse of a deeper and broader perspective that can alter how we perceive and feel about all that happens in our lives. UNSEEN is a performance that needs to be experienced…by anybody…for everybody! It’s also one that can reach across boundaries so people of various ages, backgrounds, life experiences and religious preferences can relate, be encouraged and strengthened by its message.
Our Invitation: Christ in the Arts would like to offer your organization the opportunity to attend our Spring Performance without cost (thanks to our sponsors — United Supermarkets, CJ Duncan Photography and others). We call thisCommunity Night and we would love to have your group be a part!
