Prize 31 is a community of women committed to pursuing Jesus together. Inspired by Philippians 3:14, our ministry exists to encourage women through every season of life—from the mountaintops to the valleys, and everywhere in between.
We believe life is better when it’s lived in community. That’s why we create opportunities for women to connect, grow spiritually, and support one another through meaningful relationships, biblical teaching, worship experiences, community groups, events, and honest conversations.

Meet Mrs. Gloria Toti
Pastor Gloria Toti is the founder and leader of Prize31, the women’s ministry of Trinity Church in Lubbock, Texas. Since launching Prize31 in 2006, she has been passionate about helping women grow in their faith, discover their God-given purpose, and build lasting community.
Known for her bold, biblical teaching and encouraging spirit, Pastor Gloria has spent decades mentoring women of every generation. Her heart is to see women rooted in God’s Word, walking confidently in their calling, and living lives that make an eternal impact.
Alongside her husband, Senior Pastor Carl Toti, she has faithfully served Trinity Church since 2001. Together they have two sons, a daughter-in-love, and two grandchildren.
Pastor Gloria believes every season of life is an opportunity to grow, encourage the next generation, and share the hope of Jesus.

Kaylie Post has served as the Women’s Ministry Coordinator for the past year, partnering with Mrs. Gloria to help women connect, grow in their faith, and build lasting community. She is passionate about serving others and helping create environments where women can encounter God’s presence.
